Atmosphere was very nice and the staff, wonderful!! Very very sweet! I purchased the 30 minute deep tissue followed by a 60 minute massage combo. The massage therapist was welcoming, professional and made me feel comfortable. Her work tho was lacking and left me feeling a little perplexed, as I kept waiting for the “deep tissue” part. We were well into the massage, at least 75 minutes into it before she asked how the pressure was and I mentioned it could be much stronger but she finished the same. I doubt I will be back. To end with a positive note, my mom enjoyed, very much, her 90 minute facial! She loved it!!

I had my first ever facial and massage today. I don’t know why I waited so long! The spa is soothing and comfortable and the staff were all very personable and skilled. While I was there it seemed like a family atmosphere due to the fact that at one point there was a conversation amongst he whole shop employees and customers which was nice. The only thing I would like to have seen improve was the hair from previous person cleaned up a bit better. I had to brush it off the chair so I didn’t have to sit on it.

I recently came across it again and finally made an appointment for a hair cut and manicure. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly, and I was very impressed with my experience there. Rachel completely relaxed me with a gentle facial using products safe for my sensitive skin. She knew when I wanted to relax but answered my ongoing skin care questions succinctly with no pressure to purchase products. She was able to guide me to the skin care products I requested. Then on to Amilia for a lovely manicure. She also bravely treated my calloused feet offering ideas to keep up removing more callous and softening my feet. Again, she did not pressure me but suggested perfect and sensible foot care items when I asked her. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing afternoon. I treated myself to a manicure and a moisturing pedicure this afternoon; and what a treat it was ! I'm definitely going to treat myself more often. I had a gift card that covered most of today's services, but even if I didn't it would have been worth it. As I said, I'm definitely rebooking. I didn't take the time to book when I checked out but will call or book on line. I used the on line booking feature for today's visit and it was super easy. There was a special today, hot stone foot massage with the purchase of a pedicure. I looked at the menu and it's normally a $10 add-on treatment. I will definitely be adding that when I return for my next pedicure. I could not believe how relaxed I was when I left there; it was like I had a facial or a massage; the treatments were so relaxing and the leg/foot and hand/arm massages were terrific.

Kristen knew exactly what she was doing. Also the color match was perfect! My roots had grown out and I had no idea what color it was, but she did. Lastly the prices were very reasonable! Today I had a massage with Betty and a Fassage with Rachel! Both therapists were wonderful and professional. I felt so pampered and peaceful while receiving my treatments and even fell asleep twice. I've had multiple treatments in Miami in the past few years but I still think that the quality, atmosphere and staff at Paul Conzo are the best and my favorite spa to go to!

This is a great salon!!! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I started getting my hair done by Joanna about 6 years ago, after my long time hairdresser took ill. The 1st time I went to see her, I was in need of a haircut after growing my hair out to donate to Locks of Love. She sat me in the chair and started telling me about this place in Chicago that takes color treated hair and doesn't charge for wigs, Children with Hair loss! I was sold on that idea immediately! She really spent the time discussing my hair, my face, and my lifestyle coming up with a hairstyle that included bangs - I haven't had bangs since I was a kid. From that point on, I knew that she would guide me in the right direction with my hair, the coloring, the styles, and even the products. The 1st time I went to see her, I was in need of a haircut after growing my hair out to donate to Locks of Love. She sat me in the chair and started telling me about this place in Chicago that takes color treated hair and doesn't charge for wigs, Children with Hair loss! I was sold on that idea immediately! My spa day at Paul Conzo's yesterday was fabulous. Patti greeted me when I arrived, asked about my lunch preference, and saw me out, making sure all went well. The day began with a steam shower, then an amazing massage and facial with Shayna; after lunch a pedicure and manicure with Rita; and then Meghan washed and styled my hair. Shayna is very talented, Rita did a fantastic job, and thanks to Meghan, may hair still looks great and will probably last another day or two. The whole day was relaxing, refreshing, and perfect.
